Huawei is currently looking for a HR Specialist. Independently manage HR transactional processes and operations, understand business needs, and take responsibility for the execution and delivery of HR services. Design or select implementation approaches based on different business scenarios. Utilize HR tools, methodologies, and templates to independently deliver HR process services with timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Independently execute one or more HR function areas or activities.
* Recruitment Process management end to end ( Linkedin post, searching, review and share CVs with manager, interviews management, offer proporsal, hiring approvals...)
* Independently design and implement execution-level solutions within the HR domain.
* Perform executional tasks under guidance, taking full responsibility for HR data and basic operations, adhering to clear rules, procedures, and professional templates.
* Ensure timely, accurate, efficient, and compliant handling of assigned HR transactional processes and operations.
Professional Knowledge:
* Basic understanding of human resources principles; familiarity with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines within the domain.
* +2 years’ experience in Human Resources area, office management, or similar
Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel capabilities.
* Language: Fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese
Professional Competencies:
* Strong team management skills, simple business tasks and manage operations.
* Strong customer service mindset and learning ability, with clear logical thinking.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage in meaningful conversations with key business partners.
* Independent thinker with a conscientious and diligent work attitude; able to identify, analyze, and propose improvements to issues encountered in daily operations.
