As our next AMOS Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a key role in building a new team from scratch and driving the implementation, stabilisation, and harmonisation of the AMOS platform across airline operations within an international aviation environment ✈️ Act as the go-to expert for AMOS across Maintenance & Engineering and operational processes. Provide hands‑on support for AMOS configuration, setup, and changes aligned with group standards. Advise on configuration vs customisation, collaborating with architecture teams when needed. Support key AMOS modules such as Line Maintenance, Work Packages, Defects, Planning, Qualifications, and Materials. Translate operational needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Support delivery teams in enhancements, rollouts, and migrations. Support UAT, defect triage, and production readiness activities. Ensure smooth transition of solutions into BAU, guaranteeing stability and usability. Act as escalation point for complex incidents and collaborate with vendors (e.g. Swiss‑AS). Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Operations, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams. Strong hands‑on experience with AMOS in airline or MRO environments. Solid understanding of Maintenance & Engineering processes. Experience working in live operational environments. Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience across delivery, BAU, and transformation contexts. Experience supporting UAT, migrations, or large‑scale rollouts (desirable). Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (desirable).
