Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify and target potential clients in the gig economy and related sectors, establishing and nurturing strong business relationships.
* Conducting Meetings and Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls and schedule in-person meetings to present gig pay solutions, understand client needs, and address questions or concerns.
* Product Presentation and Explanation: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of gig pay solutions, tailoring the message to diverse audiences to demonstrate how the solutions can solve their specific challenges.
* Market Research and Analysis: Monitor the gig economy market trends in Spain to identify opportunities for growth, potential clients, and competitive positioning.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expand market penetration.
* Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing, ensuring agreements align with company goals and customer satisfaction.
* Reporting and Feedback: Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to support continuous improvement of products and sales approaches.
* Networking and Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Spain to promote the company and its gig pay solutions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the fintech or gig economy sectors.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
* In-depth understanding of gig pay solutions and payment technologies is advantageous.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
* Comfortable conducting both phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent the company’s innovative gig pay offerings and drive business growth through strategic outreach and relationship management in the Spanish market.
