Who We Are
We design smart and innovative IT solutions for the global and complex processes of the Mercedes‑Benz General Supply Chain. As an IT Business Analyst in international supply logistics, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility from day one - covering the analysis, planning and implementation of business requirements in our applications. You will collaborate closely with experts from the business departments as well as with internal and external service providers. Your Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Evaluate, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Design and support the implementation of cross‑system solutions across applications and platforms.
- Act as the interface between business units, IT teams, and external service providers.
- Define requirement profiles for vendors and manage their deliverables and performance.
- Support and advise business functions in transforming and optimizing core processes and IT systems.
- Contribute to IT project planning, execution, and rollout activities in international environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (including AI) and assess their potential business value.
Qualifikationen Your Profile
- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role within complex IT environments.
- Experience in technical project management and the use of agile methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
- Strong experience in international projects and cross‑cultural collaboration.
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and system landscapes.
- Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively.
- Practical experience with Data & AI projects is an advantage.
