T1 Global Business Developer

To further improve the business our T1 customers in the ACS and specifically Workstation space we implement a Global Sales Workstation Developer. Responsible is owning major development initiatives for this field. This will be done in close collaboration with the GBUs, Category, Global Sales Teams and Sales Enablement team.
Responsibilities
* Leads complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and identifies recommendations and insights.
* Works with GBU to build industry specific use cases and playbooks
* Maintains a deep understanding of the organization's portfolio, including products, services, and promotional campaigns
* Works on specific sales campaigns to position the workstations in under indexed major accounts
* Understanding the consistently increasing impact of AI in the Workstation field and building with the GBU use cases for the T1 Global accounts
* Maintains good knowledge of the organization's sales tools and processes, ensuring accurate tracking and management of leads and opportunities for the Workstation business
* Develops and utilizes advanced sales- and communication-techniques to effectively engage with AGMs and Inbound Sales Teams of GT1 accounts, address objections, and provide support on opportunities
* Manages complex, time-sensitive market research projects and prepares synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.
* Drives execution of defined growth campaigns
* Completes follow-ups and seeks new opportunities with the Sales Teams of GT1 Accounts while consistently monitoring the opportunity pipeline and achieving set goals of the Workstation business
* Reaches out to Inbound Sales Teams of GT1 accounts independently, and provide value-add in identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities
* Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
* Cultivates and nurtures strong relationships with T1-Account teams and maintain regular communication to understand evolving needs and offer relevant solutions.
* Being the interlink between GBU and Global Category for T1 ACS business
* Collaborates with other departments such as Account resources, Category, Customer Support, Solutions and Global Enablement and Execution Team to ensure a seamless customer experience in the value space and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Education & Experience Recommended
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
* Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in programs, strategy, planning, sales, market research, or a related field
