Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and execute scalable marketing programs that drive high-quality leads (MQLs) and accelerate pipeline growth. You will design and manage multi‑channel campaigns, partner closely with sales, and continually optimise performance through data‑driven insights.
This is a high‑impact role in a fast‑moving ad‑tech environment where creativity and analytical rigor are equally important.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the demand generation strategy to support Bid Machine’s revenue targets across priority regions and products.
Define the MQL and pipeline goals in partnership with the sales team.
Build a repeatable lead‑gen engine that integrates CRM, enrichment, and outbound workflows to deliver predictable pipeline growth.
Plan and execute campaigns across paid media, email, and outbound channels.
Manage marketing automation platform Hub Spot to nurture, score, and segment leads effectively.
Set up and optimise lead enrichment workflows using 3rd‑party tools (Clay, Clearbit, Apollo) to ensure clean, actionable data.
Implement outbound and ABM tactics leveraging tools like Lemlist, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms to expand reach and increase engagement.
Partner with content and product marketing teams to deliver compelling campaign assets (case studies, landing pages, messaging sequences).
Track and report on lead generation metrics (MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).
Use A/B testing, enrichment insights, and data analysis to continually optimise campaigns for both quality and efficiency.
Maintain dashboards in Hub Spot and analytics tools to provide visibility to sales and leadership.
Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales Operations teams to align messaging and ensure smooth handoff of leads.
Coordinate industry events, webinars, and sponsorships to raise brand awareness and capture high‑value leads.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in ad tech, martech, or SaaS.
Proven track record of planning and delivering campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot CRM and marketing automation, including workflows, scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
Experience using enrichment tools (Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, Zoom Info) to build and maintain high‑quality prospect databases.
Familiarity with outbound and outreach tools (Lemlist, Linked In Sales Navigator, Sales Loft/Outreach.io) for scaling personalised campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and optimisations.
Excellent project management skills; able to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating with sales and executive stakeholders.
Bonus: Knowledge of ABM strategy, paid media platforms (Google Ads, Linked In Ads), and intent‑data providers.
