Job Description:
My client is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to join the marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will work closely with the corporate marketing teams and sales to support pipeline growth and generate qualified leads through effective local marketing execution across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
Responsibilities include:
* Implementing global campaigns at the local level
* Leading webinar strategy, execution, and moderation
* Driving regional initiatives such as dedicated campaigns, content syndication, or targeted programs to support local priorities
* Coordinating events and partner marketing with the Global Head of Events and the Director of Partner & Alliances Marketing
* Collaborating with global marketing teams for consistency and performance tracking
* Recommending content ideas to enhance lead generation and conversion
* Localizing marketing materials for sales enablement and multichannel promotion (social media, advertising, etc.)
* Measuring and reporting on campaign performance, analyzing insights, and evaluating against goals
* Aligning with BDRs and sales teams to support pipeline objectives
* Communicating marketing initiatives and metrics to senior management and brainstorming new strategies
This is a hands-on role for an organized, proactive individual focused on impact.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns with clear objectives
* Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other departments
* Analytical skills to interpret campaign results and make data-driven decisions
* Team player, proactive, and collaborative mindset
* Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences
* Proficiency with digital tools and marketing platforms
* Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory); Portuguese and Italian are a plus for the region
