We are always on the lookout for freelance Community Managers with Nordic language skills to join our Talent Pool. As a Social Media Community Manager, you will work on a brand that manages and expands online communities across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Play (reviews). You will help build strong relationships with the brand’s audience, foster a sense of community, and drive engagement through meaningful interactions. You will monitor social channels, respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly and professionally, ensuring every touchpoint with the brand is positive and authentic.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand’s audience across multiple platforms.
Ideally, candidates should have flexibility and availability to work minimal hours across the weekend to cover project needs. This opportunity is suitable for someone looking to complement current work with a few hours per week and develop a career in social media at a market-leading agency.
Excellent Nordic language knowledge : superb writing skills in a Nordic language.
Advanced English language skills : training and communication are conducted in English.
Background experience in engagement, social customer care, and/or community management (brand or digital agency).
Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Comfort with digital technology and awareness of current social media trends.
Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely.
To qualify, your equipment must meet the following requirements:
Windows 10 64-bit or higher (Windows 11 recommended;
Windows 10 support endsOctober 2025) or macOS 13 (Ventura) or higher.
Android or iOS device for 2FA.
Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs are not supported. If running a local VM, provide specs and explain how you will use it.
