As a Freelance / Independent Performance Media Expert Consultant, you are responsible for the quality of deliverables, achieving defined objectives, and ensuring the smooth execution of your mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Build roadmaps and action plans aligned with clients’ marketing objectives
- Define and implement Paid Media strategies; launch and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Structure advertising accounts and allocate budgets across channels and campaigns
- Ensure tracking reliability in collaboration with technical teams
- Define and manage a continuous experimentation plan (audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages)
- Coordinate the creation of advertising content and assets with internal and external agencies
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Produce dashboards and detailed reports to monitor KPIs
- Prepare and lead presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Previous experience working as a Freelance / Independent Consultant, ideally in an agency or media environment
- Strong expertise in SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SMA (Social Media Advertising)
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to extract insights and turn them into performance improvements
- Solution-oriented, action-driven, and results-focused
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different environments
- Experience working with large / enterprise clients
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
