Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business for the DACH region
* Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
* Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
* Coach, manage and develop sellers with emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
* Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
* Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
Requirements
* 5+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in Mid-Market
* Ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and own implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives
* Deep understanding of the business with ability to share insights, root causes behind KPI changes, and recommendations to adjust strategy
* Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision making
* Ability to communicate complex information in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
* Excellent written and spoken communication in English
* Native proficiency in German
