Role Overview
As an
Account Manager Executive
, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to manage sales pipelines, uncover new business opportunities, and contribute to strategic deal closures.
Based in Spain, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, oversee partner marketing activities, and help deliver outstanding business results — all while fostering long-term, high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand the partner pipeline by identifying opportunities and closing profitable deals.
Conduct market and competitive analyses to assess reseller engagement and growth potential.
Strengthen partner loyalty through training, certifications, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure partners fully leverage promotional campaigns, events, and incentive programs.
Collaborate with partners to increase revenue via strategic campaigns and lead generation activities.Support partners in qualifying and closing opportunities, including assisting with high-value deal negotiations.
Coordinate with telemarketing, end-user sales, and internal teams to maximize revenue and enhance partner satisfaction.
Oversee the execution of partner marketing plans — managing budgets, co-marketing activities, and tracking ROI.
Represent the company at local partner events to nurture and expand strategic relationships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in German (C2 level)
Proficiency in English (C1 level)
EU Citizenship or Spanish residency card
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
