This is a newly created role supporting the opening of our new office in La Cala as Lumon continue to expand their footprint in Spain.
**What the role looks like**:
This role will have responsibility over tasks such as:
- Liaising with suppliers across for our Spain & Portugal offices
- Checking and submitting supplier invoices for payment
- General office management
- Supporting the Partnerships team by assisting with data entry, data analysis, incoming phone calls, document collation as required
- Attend clients that visit the office
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Has great organisational skills and is able to manage their time effectively
- Has great communication skills
- Is confident speaking to clients both by phone and in person
- Is fluent in Spanish and English
- Has great initiative and good problem-solving skills
- Can work with certain level of independence, as your manager will be located in a different office
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
