What you'll do:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage and validate that features meet requirements.
Conduct manual testing when needed, especially for critical features and high-impact areas.
Design, implement and maintain automated tests to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure they are comprehensive and testable.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and plan testing strategies.
Analyze test results, report bugs, and help resolve issues quickly.
Document testing strategies, test procedures, test cases, and test results.
Identify opportunities for improvements and propose solutions for QA processes, tools and workflows.
Advocate for quality at every stage of development.
Actively share knowledge and collaborate with team members on testing processes and methodologies.
Continuously learn and apply new testing practices and tools to enhance QA processes and product quality.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of experience as a QA engineer.
Experience implementing automated tests.
Experience with test planning, test case design, and test execution.
Familiarity with BDD frameworks, such as Cucumber, to define and execute tests.
Good understanding of QA processes, methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., TestLodge, TestRail or similar).
You should be comfortable with long-form writing. As a fully remote company, articulate and efficient asynchronous communication is vital.
English is a must: We're a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren't necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long-form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
Salary range: Up to €40,000 gross annually.
