As a Talent Recruiter at our agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing talent for our clients across various industries. **Main Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our services
**Core Skills/experience**:
- 1 to max 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus but not a must
- Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines
- Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry
- A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
