As a People Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to fundcraft’s leaders, playing a critical role in shaping fundcraft’s People & Culture strategy. You lead key People initiatives with full autonomy, proactively addressing complex workforce challenges, and ensuring that People strategies align with business objectives. You are responsible for driving performance management, career development and employee engagement, while fostering a high-performing culture.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all People-related matters.
* Drive performance management strategies with full autonomy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business priorities (including OKR and KPI monitoring).
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
* Influence and shape organisational design by providing data-driven recommendations on team structures, roles, and responsibilities.
* Oversee the execution of performance management frameworks, ensuring managers are equipped to provide feedback, set goals, and support employee development.
* Support managers in designing and implementing career development frameworks, helping to provide employees with clear pathways for growth, skill-building, and internal mobility.
* Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations issues, handling them with professionalism and legal compliance.
* Champion fundcraft’s culture and values, ensuring they are embedded in all People processes and decision-making.
* Drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience, focusing on engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
* Conduct data-driven retention analysis, identifying trends and key factors influencing employee turnover.
* Act as a key driver in change management efforts, ensuring employees are engaged and supported through organisational transitions.
* Contribute to the definition of internal People & Culture guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency in People & Culture practices across the organisation.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* + 3 years of proven experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* Solid understanding of Start Up-Scale Up environments, preferably supported by prior experience in Fintech companies.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to take People initiatives from planning to execution.
* Comfortable working independently and making decisions within an established People & Culture framework.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.
* A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally to align People initiatives with business needs.
* Ability to navigate change and support leaders and teams through transitions.
* Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices, with a commitment to compliance and ethical behavior.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
* Strong focus on employee experience and engagement, demonstrating a genuine interest in creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
