**Mission**
The Demand Planner role will support the S&OP; (Sales and Operations Planning) and Supply Planning Teams, assuring product forecast by production plant is available and aligned in the systems and tools.
Be the bridge between Operations and Business assuring communication and help us develop information channels and proper tools.
We expect coming months of challenges and learnings and we’re looking for a resourceful, curious, and organized person with good communication skills.

**Functions**:
- Assure system data (SAP IBP - Product Forecast) Is always reliable, bearing In mind different Inputs:
- Follow up Daily Orders
- Check new product sales (wins)
- S&OP; Input (coordination with Sales and Development)
- Challenge Sales numbers from a Demand point of view.
- SAP IBP (Demand Tool) maintenance (Base Datas and Key User) - coordinate and rethink system improvements and ways of working, evaluate forecasting tools.
- Supply link with production plants: New Products & Changes vs Plan Coordination.
- KPIs calculation, visualization, sharing and action plan to Improve.
**Requirements**:
- Technical Degree/Background - Numbers/Analytical Related. Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, International Relations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (Supply/Logistics/Demand Planner).
- Languages: Spanish (High), English (High).
- Tools: Excel (High), SAP IBP, Power BI, QLIK.
