OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Europe Market Director to lead and scale market growth across Europe in the consumer technology / smart hardware sector.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the European market growth strategy, including revenue targets, market share expansion, and regional go-to-market plans
Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across key European countries and identify new growth opportunities
Develop and implement product launch strategies tailored to European consumer markets
Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key industry stakeholders
Oversee regional brand strategy and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and localized marketing activities
Identify and develop KOL and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand visibility in European markets
Establish and lead the European regional team, including sales, marketing, and operations functions
Collaborate closely with global teams to align on product strategy, pricing, and commercial priorities
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine regional strategy
Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
Requirements
8+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related technology industries
5+ years of experience in a regional leadership role managing European markets
Proven experience building or scaling markets from early stage to growth phase (0 1 or 1 N)
Strong understanding of European consumer behavior, retail channels, and technology ecosystem
Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple countries
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
Fluent in English
