Our HQ is in Munich, Germany, but we recently opened an office in Madrid as well.
Tasks
As a Desarrollador(a) de Software / Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our product, working closely with our engineering and product teams to build robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
* Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack software solutions, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable code.
* Drive development from ideation to production, working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers.
* Lead by example by writing clean, testable code and supporting engineering best practices.
* Own features end‑to‑end —from architecture to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
* Improve performance, reliability, and scalability to ensure our platform meets enterprise‑grade standards.
* Mentor and collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
Must‑haves
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in full‑stack roles.
* Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
* Strong software engineering principles: clean code, modularity, testing, and maintainability.
* Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.
* Self‑motivated and able to navigate a fast‑changing startup environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice‑to‑haves
* Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and end‑to‑end testing.
* Exposure to AI / ML or GenAI integrations.
* Related domain expertise: energy, certification, sustainability, or regulated industries.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
