Responsibilities
Be a Talent Scout: design creative sourcing strategies to find top talent in the aerospace and tech sectors.
The Candidate Advocate: craft a world-class experience, ensuring every candidate—hired or not—becomes a fan of Airbus.
Strategic Partner: advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and diversity best practices; go beyond conducting interviews to shaping hiring decisions.
Brand Storyteller: represent Airbus at major events and career fairs, sharing what it's really like to work at the heart of European innovation.
Skills
A Seasoned Recruiter: 3+ years of experience, ideally in high-tech, defence, or aerospace.
A Sourcing Ninja: proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and professional networks.
A Connector: build trust with everyone from junior engineers to senior executives.
Tech-Savvy: proficient with an ATS (Workday experience is a huge plus).
Multilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
Compliance-Conscious: understands Spanish labor law to ensure a smooth and fair hiring process.
