At Pyxis Lab, we develop smart, sensor-based technologies for industrial automation and water treatment. Our innovative solutions help customers optimize processes and improve water quality across industries. As we expand across EMEA, we’re searching for a Technical Sales Manager who’s both technically savvy and commercially driven to help grow our presence.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales (EMEA), you will be responsible for :
Drive new business and grow key accounts across EMEA
Identify and qualify leads through outreach, events and referrals
Visit customers and partners to build relationships and close deals
Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and post-sale consultation
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams
Maintain relationships with OEMs, Integrators and Distributors
Influence product development and help shape Pyxis' growth in the region
What We Are Looking For
The following are requirements & preferences for the role :
5-10 Years in Technical Sales or Sales Engineering (preferable in the Water Treatment or Industrial Automation marketplaces)
Based in Western Europe, willing to travel regularly
Fluency in English REQUIRED; Additional fluency in French or German is highly desirable for effective communication across key markets
Degree in Engineering, Science or Equivalent Experience
Strong technical understanding of Water Treatment Instrumentation
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving, entrpreneurial environment
