Your Key Responsibilities Will Be (Reporting To Store Manager)
Lead by example in effectively building and maintaining customer relationships, operational procedures, tasks and processes.
Support and offer guidance to staff within the store focused on the delivery of the required standards of (visual) merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity.
Recognize product flow opportunities and partner with management and Associates on process improvements.
Manage back of house operations and share in the cleaning duties of the store where required.
To meet or exceed store sales target. To achieve the brand standard of customer service and selling, product presentation and merchandising.
You Have The Following Experience And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or related position.
Good communication skills.
Fluent Spanish and English. xhfqzwm
