The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with an emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The role supports successful go-to-market execution. We operate globally with direct and indirect operations and are expanding across regions and product capabilities.
You will be based in Italy, the UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will help implement segment priorities through various CCH Tagetik functions (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & Pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This is primarily an outbound product management role focused on driving revenue and market positioning.
Required Job Qualifications :
* The focus is on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of the CFO within CCH Tagetik, with a focus on the Financial Planning & Analysis pillar.
* Experience : At least 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise software companies within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Extended Planning (XP&A) markets.
* At least 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software companies.
* Understanding of key processes within the Office of the CFO of large enterprises and enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
* Experience managing multiple complex international FP&A projects.
* Experience positioning FP&A & CPM solutions externally (e.g., analyst briefings, webinars, user conferences) and internally (sales enablement, marketing support, pre-sales, GTM).

* Education : MBA.
* Ability to synthesize complex information and develop aligned strategies and plans.
* Experience working within a global matrix organization, with a collaborative style and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams of varying complexity, focusing on critical business operations.
* Deep customer orientation, with a focus on delivering premium service efficiently and economically.
* Experience communicating complex technical concepts in English, including executive presentations.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies.
* Ability to develop and lead the execution of an Extended Planning product roadmap for the Office of the CFO, leveraging the core platform architecture as a strategic asset.
* Knowledge of the Office of the CFO's business trends, market opportunity, customer profiles, competitive landscape, and market trends to identify growth prospects.
* Use of customer insights to inform product features, prioritize requirements, and define product rationale.
* Work with development teams to deliver features in releases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
* Assist in delivering demos for marketing and enablement purposes.
* Develop and execute a growth-oriented product strategy, optimizing current offerings and exploring new solutions.
* Collaborate with marketing, GTM, and customer success teams to ensure effective representation of the CCH Tagetik brand and strengthen customer relationships.
