WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP tools) (e.g., Tealium CDP).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Nice to have 5+ years of experience in marketing.
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
Fluency in English.
Hybrid setting (2 per week at the office).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Define product roadmap and growth opportunities to ensure alignment between our marketing technology stack and the ambitions.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, initiating the business case process, and obtaining necessary inputs and approvals.
Ensure ease of product upgrade and migration from prior releases with mínimal issues and complexity.
Responsible for the design, usability, and quality of releases.
Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, features, and defects.
Inspire and motivate the platform team to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Collaborate with customers, both internal and external to the Digital Customer Engagement team, to validate assumptions and respond to feedback.
