Overview
Summary
The main purpose of the role is to drive market access, sales growth, and advocate development of Incyte’s products and services within territory priority accounts. Key customers will include doctors, medical personnel, and payers/administrators to achieve territory objectives and organizational goals, working within the ABPI code, compliance, legal requirements, and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver therapeutic information on products aligned with marketing strategy.
* Promote INCYTE IAI Dermatology product to prescribing dermatologists within compliance and legal requirements, following marketing and sales strategies.
* Create formal networks with key decision-makers and local stakeholders to develop business within compliance and company policies.
* Gather customer insights through market surveillance.
* Perform local marketing and sales analyses to understand patient flow.
* Organize regional promotional meetings for physicians and stakeholders.
* Manage relationships with opinion leaders.
* Develop and execute business plans for key accounts to ensure patient access to medicines.
* Map local funding, clinical, and access decision processes, identifying key stakeholders.
* Ensure a favorable local access environment to maximize sales potential.
* Document and report daily activities, administration, and finances.
* Participate in congresses, meetings, and training sessions.
* Work effectively cross-functionally and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain curiosity and update commercial knowledge regularly.
* Find innovative solutions to barriers and challenges.
* Manage personal development plans.
* Promote a culture of integrity and ethics.
* Act within compliance, legal, and company guidelines.
Requirements
* Life Sciences Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Over 5 years of experience promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in dermatology.
* Proven track record in specialist sales.
* Experience or understanding of Market Access and NHS environment is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Professional appearance.
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Good IT skills.
