The Role
We are seeking a Company Car Driver with Client Support Responsibilities to join our operations team. This is a trusted, hands-on position combining safe client transportation with day-to-day client support across our residences.
The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, practical, and service-oriented with strong driving skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive, wellbeing-focused environment, providing practical assistance while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Client Transportation & Driving Duties
Drive company vehicles for:
* Client airport pick-ups and drop-offs
* Medical, therapeutic, and wellness appointments
* Pre-approved meetings and activities
Ensure vehicles are:
* Clean, fueled, and well maintained
* Driven safely, calmly, and punctually
Client Support & Daily Assistance
* Provide practical, non-clinical support to clients during their stay
* Assist with daily logistics and movements between properties and appointments
* Act as a calm, respectful, and supportive presence aligned with recovery principles
* Anticipate client needs and proactively provide assistance where appropriate
* Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding client schedules and requirements
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Property Maintenance Supervision
* Oversee gardens, pools, and general property maintenance to ensure high standards
* Plan and monitor maintenance schedules and inspections
* Handle minor repairs and coordinate external contractors for larger issues
* Manage procurement of tools and supplies, ensuring safe storage
* Supervise contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to standard xpzdshu
Requirements
* Valid driving license and confident driving experience in Spain
* Practical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Responsible, reliable, and well-organized
* Calm, respectful, and discreet approach to clients
* Comfortable working in a wellbeing and recovery-focused environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
