Your Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to support our analytics initiatives and contribute to the delivery of data products that drive business growth.
This role will involve working closely with various business areas, including Market Analysis, Media, Promotions, CRM, and Digital Products.
As Data Analyst you’ll be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover actionable insights.

What you will do
1. Data Preparation & Analysis:
1. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
2. Support the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights to internal stakeholders.
3. Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
4. Contribute to projects that require integrating data from different sources, including Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker) and SAP analytics tools (DataSphere, SAC).
2. Business Support:
5. Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Digital to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis.
6. Translate business questions into data queries and actionable insights.
7. Present findings in a clear and concise manner, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Focus on Market, Media, and Promotions Analytics:
8. Support analysis of market trends, media performance, and promotional effectiveness.
9. Assist in calculating ROI, customer segmentation, and channel performance evaluations.
10. Help build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics for media, promotions, and market dynamics.
4. ContinuousLearning & Improvement:
11. Stay updated on best practices in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling.
12. Learn and apply emerging tools and techniques, such as machine learning models or advanced statistical methods, as directed by the Senior Data Analyst.
13. Contribute ideas to improve existing processes, tools, and methodologies.
What we are looking for
Technical Expertise:
14. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker) and literacy in SAP analytics tools (DataSphere, SAC).
15. Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Looker.
16. Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
Collaboration & Communication:
17. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
18. Focus on a continuous value-delivery with an agile approach.
19. Ability to communicate technical findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
20. Eagerness to learn from senior team members and contribute to team success.
