JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Junior Legal Advisor to join our legal team at AMS. We are looking for someone with solid legal training and experience in commercial contracting, who wants to develop in an international, dynamic, and highly innovative environment. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in strategic projects for the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal advice on national and international commercial contracts.
Review and drafting of service, confidentiality, licensing, and other contracts.
Support in matters of intellectual property, trademarks, and data protection (desirable). Basic knowledge of intellectual property, trademarks, and data protection will be valued.
Coordinating with the group's legal teams and other internal areas (finance, compliance, business).
Monitoring legislative developments relevant to the company's activity.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree in Legal Practice. 2 to 4 years of experience in a top-tier law firm.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracting.
Excellent level of English (essential).
Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
Interest in working in international and multicultural environments.
