**Your role**
As a **Sommelier**, you will curate and elevate the wine experience for our guests, guiding them through exceptional selections and pairings that complement our culinary offering. You will bring passion, expertise, and storytelling to every interaction, creating memorable and refined dining experiences. You will work closely with the F&B; and kitchen teams to ensure excellence in service and beverage presentation.
**What you will do**:
- Recommend wines and beverage pairings to guests
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized wine service
- Manage and maintain the wine list and cellar organization
- Ensure proper wine storage, handling, and presentation
- Support the F&B; team during service operations
- Train team members on wine knowledge and service standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with chefs and management on pairings and menu concepts
- Deliver an exceptional and elevated guest experience
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Experienced Sommelier with strong wine knowledge and passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Elegant, service-oriented, and detail-focused professional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Passion for gastronomy, wines, and guest experience
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as Sommelier or similar role in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and pairings
- Wine certification is a plus
- Understanding of fine dining service standards
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
