What you will be doing
- Headhunting and sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, LinkedIn, etc.
- Creating visibility for vacancies through engaging job advertisements and social media content, following company standards
- Screening candidates via phone and video interviews and matching them with suitable international roles
- Updating candidate data in our internal systems according to company processes
- Presenting candidates to clients, booking interviews, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Building strong relationships with clients to support business growth
- Ensuring clear and transparent communication with colleagues and managers
To be successful in this role you
- Have professional-level Dutch and fluent English skills
- Are self-driven and able to work efficiently both independently and in teams
- Are motivated to search for and attract talented candidates that match client needs using various platforms and tools
- Enjoy speaking with candidates via phone and video interviews and asking the right questions to identify the best match
- Are target-driven and have experience and passion for sales and service, working with daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Are passionate about your work and have a positive mindset and strong drive
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Are solution-oriented, proactive, and have a can-do attitude
- Are already based in Malaga or willing to relocate to our Malaga office
