to drive regional growth within the industrial automation and process control sector.This role focuses on developing strategic accounts and leading large automation projects across the region.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional sales and business development strategiesIdentify new business opportunities within process industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturingBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partnersLead project bidding, negotiations and contract signingCollaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutionsMonitor market trends and provide competitive market insightsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Automation, Engineering, Business or related fieldMinimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or process controlExperience selling DCS, PLC, instrumentation or industrial software solutionsStrong industry network within process industriesCandidates from companies such as Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB or Schneider Electric are highly desirableFluent in English and SpanishChinese language skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration with global teamsWillingness to travel across the region as required
