Trade Marketing Specialist
Bolton International seeks a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our International Business Development Team based in Milan, Italy.
The role involves establishing and leading the central trade‑marketing function, harmonising go‑to‑market activities, and supporting business‑intelligence countries with high‑performing commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise data reports and format sell‑in, sell‑out, and plan building blocks.
- Provide trade marketing and category management guidelines to BI countries (promotion policy, in‑store activation, shopper marketing, assortment recommendations, channel strategy).
- Conduct triple‑net mapping and risk analysis in collaboration with the Sales Center of Excellence.
- Facilitate best‑practice sharing across the organization.
- Develop trade storytelling materials.
Qualifications
- 5‑7 years of experience in sales and trade marketing within a multinational FMCG company.
- Strong background in trade marketing.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with creating and scaling common tools.
