To continue our growth and promote our brand, we are looking to recruit a Commercial Marketing Specialist to join our European marketing team, preparing the best events, as well as providing translation services to represent the languages of all the countries where we are present in South-Europe.
Your role
As Commercial Marketing Specialist, you will translate brand and product strategies into practical, high-impact marketing actions across events, sales support tools, printed materials, and professional communication channels.
Acting as the operational link between Brand Managers, Sales, and Brand impact team, you will ensure consistent, efficient, and professional execution across all South/North/Central Europe markets.
In this role, you will look after the Campaign & Product launch support which involves Translations & Localization tasks:
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Plan, organize, and execute professional events, congresses, and trade shows across the cluster, ensuring global brand consistency and strategic alignment.
* Coordinate translation and localization of marketing materials and campaigns into cluster languages.
* Develop and maintain sales tools and materials tailored to professional audiences.
* Manage the creation, localization and updates of product catalogues, brochures, and flyers.
* Act as the operational partner for Össur Brand Managers, aligning B2B campaign execution with brand strategy, collaborating with brand impact team.
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience of organising large scale events and trade show, covering all aspect of the events from start to finish, including finding suppliers and negotiating prices, organising the logistics and ensuring employees present at the event have all they need.
We’d like you to have:
* Fluency in English (C1), and Spanish (B2+); French is nice to have but not essential.
* Experience managing budget and timelines.
* A creative mindset with the experience designing all the elements that will be deployed at a stand (general set up, murals, goodies, splitting the space per brand/product, ...).
You will also be:
* Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and a flexible team‑member.
* Creative and able to think outside the box to find solutions to various problems.
* A great communicator connecting with different parts of the business and the marketing team.
