Our customer is one global leading Industrial company headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
The Global HR Digital Director is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the company’s global HR technology strategy. This role is instrumental in optimizing HR operations, improving employee experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced HR systems and analytics. The position will oversee the implementation, integration, and governance of core HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with both global and local business requirements.
Strategic Leadership & System Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR technology roadmap aligned with overall business strategy.
Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and continuous optimization of core HR platforms.
Oversee global system architecture ensuring integration between HR platforms and cross-functional systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, IT).
Align HR digital strategy with talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Ensure HR system governance, security, access controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Drive automation and digitalization of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Establish and manage robust HR data analytics and dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and regional business leaders to design user-centric HR solutions.
Lead change management, communication, and training efforts to support global adoption of HR technologies.
Act as an advocate for employee experience improvements through enhanced digital interfaces and tools.
Build, mentor, and manage a global HR technology team across key regions (e.g., Provide guidance on system governance, data integrity, and process ownership across HR teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
~10+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and digital transformation, with global/regional scope.
~ Proven success leading HRIS implementations and integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, etc.).
~ Strong understanding of global HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, performance, compensation).
~ Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements internationally.
~ Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.
