Would you like to be part of our team? We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, who will act as a consultant to managers and employees linking HR strategy with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support general HR activities, including personnel management, recruitment, labor compliance, employee relations, organizational diagnosis, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Provide technical guidance on labor legislation, internal procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in the selection, dispatch, on‑site management, performance evaluation and return arrangements of dispatched personnel (Chinese), coordinate and follow up on the entire process of dispatch contracts, compensation benefits, taxes and insurance.
- Provide welfare and administrative support to dispatched personnel, maintaining communication with them and with relevant departments.
- Facilitate the integration of dispatched personnel with the local team, organize cross‑cultural training, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Qualifications
- University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in similar activities, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.
- Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written) and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
- Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.
- Availability to work on‑site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
