Your responsibilities
* Operation and further development of our service platform (Matrix 42)
* Establishment and expansion of global ITIL asset management processes
* Responsible for advising on processes related to the ITIL service platform
* Responsible for the global software asset management process
* Advising on and reviewing licensing issues
* Your area of responsibility is globally oriented
* Responsible for standardizing and expanding the most important core processes related to IT support
* Supporting your colleagues in designing new and existing processes
* Actively supporting the service platform area and involved in the operational processes of license management
* Successfully completed a degree in computer science, IT systems engineering, or comparable training.
* At least five years of experience in the above-mentioned areas after completing your training.
* Many years of experience in IT operations management and its processes (ITIL).
* You are familiar with service management tools
* Good knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM)
* Professional in the field of license management
* You are familiar with the planning and implementation of IT projects
* You enjoy working in an international environment and have no difficulty communicating in English
