About the Role:
We are seeking for a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and enhancing client relationships, mainly with mid-market accounts and skilled in driving customer satisfaction and upselling within those relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain and grow strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer adoption of our solutions and continual improvement of their experience.
* Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful feature launches and client onboarding.
* Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
* Solve simple issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of professional experience in Account Management/Customer Success
* Experience in the Travel Tech environment is a must.
* Experience proactively upselling additional services and products to existing clients.
* Proven ability to manage 150~ accounts efficiently, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data to inform upsell opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
* Self-reliant and proactive, with a willingness to try new strategies for upselling.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands.
* Language Requirements: English C1+, Spanish and/or Italian, portuguese as native language
