Overview
Clinical Application Specialist - Image Guided Therapy at Philips in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise to customers and users and train them to optimize the usage of our products.
* Assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
* Prepare seminars and workshops.
* Develop and execute an instruction program for users to maximize independence in operating the system and choosing functions.
* Customize the system to user needs in collaboration with project management and account management to maximize performance for each user.
* Support trial installations in cooperation with service to gather information for evaluation by the product group and to stimulate sales of the equipment.
* Monitor system use through regular contact with users to resolve operational issues or adapt the system to changed user needs.
* Participate in development of new functionality or improved system settings.
* Maintain close contact with the product group to stay informed about new developments and maintain application knowledge.
* Assist in sales by advising account management and customers.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the cardiovascular area.
* Knowledge of all cardiovascular procedures.
* Analytical skills and experience interpreting application results.
* Professional knowledge of the total application area from an operational point of view.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Desirable clinical experience.
* Ability to organize special training.
* Good knowledge of system architecture and used technology.
* Fluent Spanish and good English.
* Clean driving license.
* Willingness to travel.
