The Organisation has a renowned brand name in the industry and supply their innovative Solar PV solutions internationally, to the residential, commercial, and utilities/ EPC markets.
Now experiencing exponential growth across Europe and looking to bolster the organisational subsidiary in Spain, our Client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager.
This appointment will be vital addition to the team to strengthen their market presence more aggressively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key accounts - mainly installers - in Spaim
- Execute expansion sales strategy in region
- Undertake business development tasks for the region
- Be a brand advocate, ensuring exceptional knowledge of the full product portfolio
- Attend all initial commercial and product queries
- Conduct and ensure diligent follow up procedures
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve or surpass sales goals set
- Active acquire new customers specifically with solar and electrical installers
- Maintain relationships with installer and distributors
- Organise and conduct sales and product training to partners and clients
- Consolidate brand presence in region
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions and external marketing
Key Requirements:
- Possess a degree or successfully completed education within renewables, engineering, or related technical field
- Proven sales experience selling high-tech innovative products within a market region
- Track record of increasing market share in a challenging market
- Direct experience with solar pv, solar systems, or energy storage technologies advantageous
- Possess an understanding of the local Solar market preferable
- Exceptional business relationship management skills and acumen
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A strong and clear communicator, language proficiency in Spanish and English necessary.
- Customer-orientated, focused on delivering client satisfaction
- Passion for selling great and cutting-edge products
- Enthusiasm for learning and affinity for solar, energy storage and renewables sector.
- Ability to work within demanding and rapid growth setting.

- Home based in Spain and willing to travel frequently
