40m Explorer Motor Yacht is looking for a professional Rotational Engineer to join our well-run, multi-national team. We operate a high-standard, 40m commercial vessel currently based in Vilanova, Spain.
The Role:
* Rotation: time for time
* Itinerary: Dual-season program with a confirmed 9 weeks of charter this year
* Maintenance: Proactive Involvement in ongoing technical upkeep and the vessel and our 41ft Chase tender
* Culture: A professional environment focused on claboration and high-level guest service.
Requirements:
* Licensing: Minimum Y3 certificate, will need Malta Flag Endorsement
* Experience: More than 5 years yachting experience in similar roles and able to deal with most of the maintenance task and repairs without solely relying on sub contractors.
* Mindset: A collaborative approach suited for a diverse, multi-national crew.
