Responsibilities 
- Develop and manage the lifecycle of data center products, from conception to manufacturing launch. 
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with market needs. 
- Oversee the technical development and implementation of new features and product improvements. 
- Provide technical support and training to factory teams. 
- Monitor product performance and collect feedback for future improvements. 
- Contribute to continuous process and product improvement. 
Qualifications 
Fresh graduate in Engineering, able to start a 1‑year program in May, fluent in English and Spanish. Preferably in electrical, electronic, or energy engineering. Analytical skills, project management, teamwork, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
