Role Description
Luminar Estates is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated, experienced Dutch-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team.
This role is adecuado for someone who already has experience in real estate sales, a solid understanding of the local market, and a strong ability to build trust with international clients—particularly Dutch-speaking buyers and sellers. You will manage your own clients and listings while working closely with a dynamic, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and guide clients through the full buying and selling process
- Generate and manage property listings
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Build long-term relationships with Dutch-speaking and international clients
- Work independently while collaborating with the wider team
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch (native or professional level) – essential
- Fluent in English and Spanish – mandatory
- Self-employed status
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Ability to work independently and proactively
