Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.
What would you need?
- 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
- Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research.
- Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects.
- Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
