Associate Growth Sales Leader – Madrid
As a BMC Software Sales Professional, you will design and execute a go‑to‑market strategy that delivers revenue growth and customer happiness. You’ll play a key role in managing and developing relationships with channel partners, enabling them to maximise success with BMC solutions.
What you will do
- Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
- Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
- Leverage AI‑driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the technology or software industry.
- Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
- Technical foundation in orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Results‑driven mindset and analytical skills to drive strategic decisions.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Clear, confident communication style, showcasing value and impact working collaboratively with teams and partners.
- Fluency in English and another language may be required for a specific market.
