Key languages Full professional level of Spanish Full professional level of English Any other language is considered a plus Main responsibilities Organize viewings of the showroom and future residences, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for both students and parents Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and their families, listening actively to their needs and addressing concerns Represent the brand at housing fairs, university events, and student hotspots across Madrid Capture and manage student data, ensuring accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and occupancy Act as a brand ambassador, spreading awareness in the city and supporting marketing activities Coordinate the sales team Core skills/experience At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (experience in student housing, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus) Confident, approachable, and empathetic communicator who can build credibility with both students and parents Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Knowledge of Madrid (universities, neighborhoods, and student hotspots) is essential Organized, proactive, and target-driven, with a hands-on approach What's on offer Salary : 45K OTE Permanent contract Location: Madrid with one day of remote work per week Working hours: Monday–Friday (9h - 18h) Our recruitment process?
