We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for our AI/Marketplace startup. We have ambitious goals, limited resources, and high expectations with little guidance - a great opportunity for those who prefer action over planning and learning over waiting.
We are BauGPT (formerly Crafthunt), operators of Europe's largest career platform for the construction industry and leading AI assistant for construction and crafts. Our mission is to connect people and companies in the construction industry with smart technology.
Behind us is an experienced founding team from the software industry, supported by well-known investors and entrepreneurs. Our AI-based product is the basis for our growth. We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for a dedicated (digital) marketing manager with a hands-on mentality.

Tasks:
- B2B focus: Lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- B2C focus: Candidate acquisition and activation.
- Additionally: Brand building, content, social media, CRM, public relations, marketing automation, events, and everything you want to test.
Qualifications:
- Passion for marketing, product, AI, and automation.
- Several years of experience in digital marketing/growth, ideally in a startup.
- Education or studies in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar.
- Strong hands-on mentality, solution-oriented, and pragmatic.
- Analytical thinking, experience with data analysis and performance campaigns.
- Self-organization, prioritization, and project responsibility.
- Secure handling of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, Metabase, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Customer.io, Canva, Figma, Framer, etc.
- Very good German (C-Level) and good English (B-Level).
- You live on Palma de Mallorca and are willing to travel to Germany occasionally.
