About the Role :
As a Language Specialist, you will play a vital role in training and enhancing Large Language Models (LLMs). This involves evaluating prompts, rating AI-generated outputs, and creating high-quality content to improve the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems used by global technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate AI-generated prompts and responses for linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.
* Provide structured ratings and feedback on AI outputs, highlighting errors, biases, or inconsistencies.
* Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.
* Collaborate with linguists, annotators, and AI researchers to refine model performance.
* Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are accurately represented.
* Follow established guidelines while also suggesting improvements for evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications:
* Strong written and spoken command of the target language, with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.
* Prior experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation preferred.
* Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
* Interest in AI, NLP, or LLMs will be an advantage.
