Offer Description
- Electroporation and injections of tracers and
viral vectors in the developing cerebellum.
- Perfusion, extraction, and dissection
procedures with mouse brains.
- Histological techniques, which include in
situ hybridization and
immunohistochemistry, in both slices as well
as complete brains (IDISCO+).
- Confocal microscopy and 3D light-sheet
microscopy (3Dlight-sheet).
- Use of image processing software (Imaris,
Fiji) and statistical analysis for data
interpretation.
