For one of our leading industrial clients, we're looking for an experienced Category Manager Packaging ready to grow. Scope: drive sourcing strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on cost optimization, sustainability, supplier performance, and innovation .
Key focus:Developing and deploying the European Packaging category strategyDriving TCO optimization and value creation across sub-categories (Flexibles, FIBCs, Corrugated)Leading supplier selection, negotiations, and performance managementPartnering closely with internal stakeholders and packaging buyersManaging risk, supply continuity, and sustainability initiatives
Profile: 5+ years expCategory scope: ~€10m spend - ~25 suppliersLocation: Barcelona, SpainWorking mode: Hybrid (60% office attendance)Project duration : 12 months (possible extension)Type of contract: Permanent (with Gracia101)Language: English / International environment
