Possesses deep knowledge of software architecture principles, database management, and ETL processes. Capable of bridging business needs with complex technical solutions. Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration in international and cross‐functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize the product backlog focused on ERP integration and order system features.Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.Collaborate closely with software architects and developers to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.Lead product lifecycle activities from planning through delivery and continuous improvement.Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.Conduct reviews, acceptance testing, and validations to ensure product quality and adherence to requirements.Technical RequirementsProven experience with ERP system integrations (e.G., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).In-depth understanding of order management and e‐commerce systems.Strong software architecture expertise including microservices, API management, modular design, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP).Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence).Personal SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business value and user satisfaction.Proactive decision‐maker able to operate effectively in dynamic environments.Advanced English proficiency both written and spoken.Education Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.Selection ProcessInterview with People & CultureOnline test assessing behaviors and skillsInterview with the department managerBenefits 23 working days + 14 official public holidays (according to legislation)Two additional weeks off: Easter and Christmas (after 4 months at the company)Half days off on December 24th and 31stWorking Hours~ Flexible schedule: start between 8:00 and 10:00, finish from 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and Fridays finish at 15:00~ Summer hours and short Fridays all year round~2 remote work days per week
