We are looking for a Senior Expert DevSecOps to join our hub in Málaga. In this high-impact role, you will design, operate, and evolve the CI/CD platforms and cloud-native infrastructure that power our Banking client’s Corporate and Investment Banking digital platforms. If you are an expert at driving automation and reliability across large-scale development teams, we want you on our team.
III. YOUR MISSION: SECURING & SCALING THE CLOUD
In this role, you will be the technical reference point for automation, infrastructure, and cloud security within a highly regulated financial environment.
Core Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS using Terraform and CloudFormation.
* CI/CD Leadership: Develop and maintain robust pipelines for both container-based and legacy applications using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
* Container Orchestration: Operate and improve EKS and OpenShift environments, ensuring high scalability and resiliency.
* Security & Identity: Support the certificate lifecycle, secrets rotation via Vault/KMS, and access control/IAM policy design.
* Observability: Implement monitoring standards and integrate tools like Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
* Collaborative Security: Participate in cloud security reviews, firewall rule validation, and connectivity testing alongside SREs and security teams.
IV. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
We are seeking a technical authority with a proactive and autonomous mindset.
Must-Haves:
* Experience: 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
* AWS Mastery: Strong command of EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, and KMS.
* Technical Stack: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
* Scripting: Comfortable coding in Bash or Python.
* Languages: Full fluency in both English and Spanish.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Certifications: AWS Certified SysOps, DevOps, or Solutions Architect.
* Regulated Environments: Previous background in banking or financial services.
* Security Tools: Experience with Cyberark, Vault, SonarQube, or Nexus.
